Equipped with a fully stocked kitchen with a garden view and welcoming wrap-around porch with abundant seating, the Ranch House feels right at home in Central Texas. Inside, the vibe is a seamless fusion of vintage charm and modern comforts:

●      Interior Charm: Vintage treasures and welcoming art collections complement the interior walls, anchored by stone and hardwood floors. The ceilings feature pressed tin molding and 100-year-old beadboard salvaged from a Georgian farmhouse, adding historical character.

●      Eclectic Décor:  Each of the three bedrooms were professionally designed with careful attention to balance rustic Hill Country charm with modern comforts. Creative touch is evident throughout, featuring unique pieces like the coffee table crafted from turn-of-the-century Detroit factory gears. Every piece tells a story.

The Pool and Cabana: The hub of all activity and appropriately centered between the Ranch House and Lodge are spacious outdoor accommodations. The pool area is a serene oasis surrounded by lush greenery cultivated in the charming greenhouse. The inviting cabana with its tin metal roof, cedar beams, and ample seating options, is home to an outdoor kitchen, making this space an unforgettable feature of this one of a kind property.

The Lodge: Erected on the property in 2007, the Lodge is a testament to history and the incredible craftsmanship of the first generations of men who came to America. The spectacular beams were primitively logged and originally crafted into an 1820’s barn in Gettysburg, PA.

●      Historical Features: Built with massive hand-hewn timbers, The Lodge showcases walls of corrugated metal reclaimed from its 1940s roof. Window and door casings salvaged from a late 1800s home on the Jersey Shore home and solid Tiger Oak doors add further historical depth.

●      Furnishing Stories: Inside, the furnishings continue the narrative with copper tables, a massive cabinet made of architectural elements salvaged from an Indian palace, and curated decor from vintage shops across Texas.

●      Distinctive Touches: Each bedroom suite features its own unique, internationally sourced headboard, such as 200 year old hand-carved church doors from Guadalajara, Mexico, and a 19th century hand-forged iron gate from France. Each bedroom is complemented by their own oversized copper soaking tubs.
